Hi there… I’m Jo. I’m passionate about holistic wellness and throughout my life I have trained and practised in a variety of areas. I’m a certified holistic health coach with functional medicine training and hold qualifications in reflexology, reiki, massage and yoga. 

I’m always learning, and my wellness journey continues to open up new and interesting avenues, most recently into the powerful healing and wellness benefits of light therapy. New technological advances in this area have made these therapies accessible to everyone, which makes Sacred Sauna such an exciting offering. 

I look forward to welcoming you to my studio in the beautiful village of Milverton, situated between the Somerset towns of Taunton and Wellington. Here, you will find a place of deep calm and relaxation where I will support you on your own wellness journey.
